As an alternative, you can go to London Drugs and buy a Toshiba VHS/DVD recorder and do it yourself. Hell, I have one at home and I burn PVR material (Asian movies/drama series) to DVD all the time for my mom. I have converted all my old home video's to DVD. All my old videos of my kids were deteriorating to the point they were disappearing. Once converted to digital, it's forever. The recorder goes on sale at LD for $149.00 every so often. I even hook up old VHS-C and Digital 8 tape player to the recorder and burn DVD's. It's basically one touch recording. Set it and forget it. It takes a bit of time later when you have to finalize and put titles on the disc and shit, but it's pretty simple. And no, I'm not going to do it for you, LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Did the same route. Takes long to do if you have a bunch because its done in real-time. The up side is that you get to rewatch them all as they are being copied!
