how modded are you taking it? i rode around on a fully modded ruckus last year, extended, fatty rear tire and with a big motor, speed wise its mucho fun. its about 2inch off the ground and that could be challenging navigating around bumpy roads, being low to the ground will make it tough for other motorist to see you so be careful. best part is.. popo will pull you over and wonder what the heck you are riding... if you get lucky no tix
