The Ninja 250 is about the best starter bike out there as well as the Honda CBR 250.
Yes, it is a little low on power as stated but if you ride the 250 for a season, then save up some money and take an A.R.T. (Advanced Rider Training) or Track Days on your 250 and get the most out of it. LEARN on the 250 then move up if you want.
It is better to be fast on a slow bike than slow on a fast bike (right Mr. Sunfighter)
