Of course, Chronix's friend is straight-up lying over the condom use.
Chlamydia is very treatable but it is harmful to the female reproductive system. It eventually causes enough harm for pregnancy to no longer be possible.
Chronix, for your friend and her boyfriend's sake, you have to tell him.
Preventing the serious long-term health damage that she's causing herself and her boyfriend is of greater importance than breaking her trust.
