btw, good intra-abdominal pressure should feel like you are pushing against a belt. in other words, you are expanding your midsection as you breathe in, so that you feel a tight groin area just below your abs.
if you look at all world-class strength and power athletes, they have a big round midsection that looks soft. It should not be flat.
