First night back at the gym in about 2-3 weeks due to some injury and soreness. Went lighter weights and more reps. I was dl'ing 275 and went for the hip drahve, totally cramped up my right glute. Gonna be sore tomorrow
In other news, gonna pick up more equipment for the new place I'm moving to. Already got dumbbells and gonna get a trillion-in-one machine. Gotta keep an eye on CL for a good bench press / squat combo
