Bob probably got bit during the fog scene, that's why you still see him bleeding later on, and he still hasn't turned. Before that, he also survived on his own twice... plus being bit on the bandage just doesn't make any sense. Thoughts?

think what they meant by biting on the bandage is the zombie didnt get through the bandage and simply reopened his wound
