Ok, so there will be a lot of seeders for the first parts of the torrent, and next to none for the final parts. At best anyone else downloading the torrent will start off with great speeds that diminish the closer they get to the end. Now if it makes your system hold on to the file (or whatever parts of it you've got) until you seed to a decent ratio or for x amount of time then it's pretty good.
