Man wounded in Surrey shooting Sunday
A 30-year-old man who is well-known to police is recovering in hospital after being wounded in a targeted shooting early Sunday morning.
Surrey RCMP said they got calls about gunshots and a loud argument about 6:30 a.m.outside a house located near 134A Street and 81st Avenue this morning.
When police arrived, they found the victim, who was transported to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
Witnesses report seeing a brown van as well as a black pickup leaving the scene after the shooting. One of these vehicles is believed to have a broken window.
Anyone with any information about this shooting is asked to call the Surrey RCMP.
