I have MULTIPLE Unpaid parking tickets form DPS.
Never got a tow, or had my credit affected.
Collections thinks I'm dead.

Brother in law also has multiple tickets from both Impark and DPS. Hasn't affected his credit, and he just bought 2 acres of land in Richmond.
DPS can burn in hell.
