You will need to reset all your quests and start from Act 1 in order to get the gauranteed legendaries. Usually you will get 3, 1 plan, 1 material and 1 item. If you are lucky you will get 2 items.
Normal bounties, 4 people running an act will be fastest for getting Caches. Also people keep trying to start a rumor/speculation that if you open the caches in T6 you will get better gear but I don't think that is true.
Rifts are good if you want to get bloodshards to roll. If you do Rifts, you should do them in T1 or above to get better items. You cannot get any set items or the new legendaries in anything less than T1 difficulty.
