Definitely see a physio.

I had a partial tear a couple months ago, same pain symptoms. Best thing to do is rest it and try not to aggravate. Then, once you're feeling better start doing exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff. I used a theraband and did various workouts my physio recommended. My shoulder feels great now
