Running Frozen Orb build with legacy Chantodo's set. Tried switching it out for some new lvl legendary wands and rare but can't re-gen AP enough. I'm tied down by the APOC I get from the legacy set

Frozen Orb wiz, how do you manage to keep AP up to spam orbs?
