for an awesome sauce for boiled prawns, try my recipe. Finely chop fresh red chilli and green onions, then pour into soy sauce, finally heat up 5 tablespoons of oil REALLY hot, then pour the hot oil onto the soy sauce/chilli/onion mix. Be careful not to burn the oil but you have to heat it enough to almost smoke. Best sauce for spot prawns
