I'm running crossfired 7850's overclocked to 1420 memory, 1100 core on stock volts with a haswell quadcore at 4.2 ghz and I get unplayable FPS in some cities, especially bad when zombies aggro and you're trying to bandage + fps are dropping like crazy + tons of zombies chasing you -- hate that.
I'm thinking of upgrading to a single GTX 770 which also supports shadow play for recording video
