For custard and savory flavors I build my rda/rba's to around 0.25-0.40 ohms while for the fruit flavors they are around 0.50-0.80. heres a list of batteries n their draw limit, seems like the sony vtc4, and the newer vtc5, is superior in both amps n mha.

personally i use a sony vtc4 n 2 aw in my vtr, i think im gonna switch them out for vtc5 if i find a good price
