I'll offer up some insight.
If you're looking for Indian wings that have a good amount of heat, look no further than the special hot wings at Mann Bros meats on Scott rd and 86ave. They're tasty but hot. If you've ever eaten at wings its about as hot as their Jakarta wings.
When it comes to marinated leg and thigh, I haven't found anything amazing, which is why I'm kind of puzzled with all this talk about Vancouver meat market. If highfive comes back with high praise, I will make the drive into Vancouver to see what all the hype is about.
