When it comes to marinated leg and thigh, I haven't found anything amazing, which is why I'm kind of puzzled with all this talk about Vancouver meat market. If highfive comes back with high praise, I will make the drive into Vancouver to see what all the hype is about.

Have you tried Fraserview at least? I'd be interested to know why you didn't find it great, if you did indeed try it.
