Looking for an upgrade to play bf3. i havent bought it yet but my guess is it will run like shit. I have a pretty old setup E8400 3.0 (OC to 4.0ghz) and 2 560 Ti's (passed on from my brother.. before that it was a 4870) and 4gb ram. Anyway, should I debate upgrading to a quad core or just swap over to the new socket? Maybe more ram? I'm still LGA 775 and I really dont want to spend too much money. I would think the CPU is bottlenecking the GPUS at the moment.
I got a corsair 650w psu which i hope is still enough. I don't really follow whats up with computer technology anymore and it seems to always change
any suggestions?
