Bought some wings today at the Vancouver meat market after hearing it from you guys here.
You always wanna cook chicken on a lower heat for a decent amount of time, that way it cooks through and isn't just charred on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Preserves the tenderness, especially with marinated meats.
