Elite Amex Card get you unlimited access to Plaza Premium lounges. Not the regular green one.
Not sure why you're even using this card? The only major advantage of this card is the bonus miles earned from purchasing CX tickets on cx.com Which - you barely even need to pay for any revenue tickets.
The card itself is like $2000 hkd annual fee...and only waived if you're MPO Silver or above.
