Burnaby Florists - Flowers in Burnaby BC - Metro Flowers a couple months ago. Arrangement was good, price was average I guess. Communication wasn't great but it was near valentine's day so they were probably super busy. Overall satisfied though.
Edit: Just looked and realized you're in richmond though... I think an RS sponsor is a flower place, Vins or something.
