Anyone know the personal exemptions for a China Passport holder if they go down to the states (and link)? Is it the same as a Canadian resident, where the only difference is the China Passport holder needs a visa?

Trying to look on cbsa site but can't find it.

And if the goods are going to China and not staying in Canada, are there any tax exemptions in that?
