I don't know why anyone would pay that much for a commercial airline. With 46k roundtrip, you could be hiring your private jet rather than flying commercial for that same distance. Private charter runs about $3.5k an hour... assuming a 6hour flight from Dubai to LHR... and you get to fit 5+ people on the same plane
