Get a couple prawn traps and crab traps maybe a dingy and catch em yourself! Cost be a one time thing and the traps can be reused. Bait is fairly cheap as well you could use left overs. From what I understand the area around English Bay to Granville Island is closed to commercial fishing so stocks will be plentiful.!
