Computer not turning on

So it seems my PC have died. When I turn it on, it doesn't start up. I tested both Hard drive on my laptop and it works. The only reason I can think of is the CPU die on me? It was working fine. I try to unplug everything and then replug them but still doesn't work.

The PC is a pretty old computer (AMD that I got 5 years ago) so not sure if it is worth it to fix it (I think it could be a CPU issue or Motherboard.....) Any suggestions?
