I don't know whether to call Mission strict on noise or not, but I will tell you that at track days, a stock 911 GT2, GT3, and a lot of completely stock Ferraris could get called out for breaking the noise limit if the driver is having just a little too much fun. Organizers have to work with drivers to ensure that they comply with the 90dB noise limit.
