if all you want is pure noise, just delete the muffler. Be warned its gonna sound like hell and make your neighbors hate you.

The muffler in the link you posted is definitely going to sound super loud, but its going to be tinny as hell. Rice is NOT good.

If you don't want to spend lots of money but want something that sounds good look into the flowmaster 60 series or DBX. they aren't loud, but they sound great. it's hard to make a Honda sound deep without making it ricey.

I have a 60 series on my Prelude, and am very impressed with the tone. I work at KMS Tools were everybody loves muscle cars and classics, and most of the people have commented that it doesn't sound like a 4 cylinder.

My friend put a DBX on his Subaru, and was very impressed.

When it comes to welding, just swapping a muffler requires welding. you could do it with clamps, but I recommend getting it welded by a shop.

If you buy a flowmaster muffler and get it welded by a shop it should cost roughly $200-250.

good luck, and hopefully this helps
