A car with a 23g damage and a clean title vs a rebuilt title car is completely different. Rebuilts are cars that are purchased back from ICBC salvage by some greasy rebuilders in surrey. Most likely built with cheap parts and cost effective short cuts in mind. Wheareas, ICBC repairs are built top notch to meet factory standards with no expenses spared.
