I didn't waste his time and replied to his PM's quickly. We agreed on a price and even spoke over the phone to try to arrange time to meet, told him my availability. Later, he never followed up and eventually stopped answering calls, texts and PM's. Very poor communication. Even if he had lost interest he could have at least said so instead of wasting my time and ignoring my efforts to communicate.
