Any recommendations/suggestions on a place suitable for a bunch of mid 20 year olds that want to relax and have a night partying and spending the rest just enjoying the view and all?

Options we were considering are Tofino, Ucluelet, Portland or Kelowna? Any nice resorts etc? Thanks!

*Looking for a place that we can roadtrip too and isn't too far
