I completely agree on how she analyses the changes in the Arya/Hound and Tyrion/Shae relationships from book to TV. The TV writers really fucked both of those up. It was great that they wanted to have a different take on these relationships, but if you do that, you can't have the same relationship conclusions from the books that contradict the bonds you built in the TV show.
The TV writers also need to do a better job of keeping characters in the mix and not let them be forgotten. The pacing may work in the books, but casual TV viewers forget stuff like Qyburn and his story (the guy treating the mortally wounded Gregor Clegane, first introduced ages ago and barely mentioned since), and Stannis (a lot of viewers being confused on why he showed up at the Wall).
