I agree. I have been keeping tabs on it. The guy posted it on the 25th and apparently had lots of interest. I'm sure he would have been able to sell it in two days, yet decides to leave for vacation. If he wanted more offers he could have posted it for something like $18k OBO and then have the offers pour in. Either way, it's already mid way through summer when he's back. Interest may start to slip away.
