It's fine I guess. They recently change the curriculum for the certificate so I don't know if there will be more hand drafting or everything will be AutoCad. If you are thinking of going to the Diploma, you should get a laptop that runs AutoCad, Sketchup and Revit/Vectorworks. For sure AutoCad will be used most of the time, you may feel comfortable using SketchUp or Revit/Vectorworks.
