That's the official story anyway
It's more likely that it was a planned angle, but they were supposed to back out of the plan after they found out about her knee scope. Also her hand was hurt before the match, with a sprained ligament. Someone in production forgot, and went ahead with it, and Dana flipped out.
The truth is, UFC 176 may have to be cancelled, which also adds to Dana's stress levels
