Anyways, I want to do this myself, so sending it out is not going to happen. The gun is stripped, sanded, stained, and I removed all the old bluing already. Regular vinegar does wonders. What would happen if I just polished the barrel? Going to go to CGN and read about that option. I also wouldn't mind simply polishing the aluminium receiver, not sure how that would work out and how well it would look over time.
