No, the ending was perfect. Klose comes off for the last time after playing a pretty good game...old guy doesn't have enough left to go more than 90, tells Gotze to go get 'em...and the kid, who probably grew up watching Klose score big goals (what kid in Germany didn't?), goes out and fucking gets 'em.
