Your business plan, needs to explain what you need money for, and where/how you plan to spend it. It needs to have a plan on how you plan to re-pay the money, it needs to have a financial analysis of exactly how much it will take to bring your idea to life.
^And this is just a start.
My business (which I still consider within the "start-up" phase), has a business plan that is 40+ pages, and I am not even looking for investors. That plan is just so that I as an owner understand and keep my goals ahead of me.
If you are looking for investment you need to seriously sit down and spend A LOT of time putting together an entire plan outlining the ENTIRE business. Right now you pretty much have absolutely nothing worthy of telling people about.

There are sections with financials but I did not copy and paste it. The numbers, I need $2250 to start out a small test batch to purchase, clean up the website and promote the shoes to double up the money reinvest and keep going.
