^^^^ This. I spent over 3 months this year, 8-10 hours a day working
only on the 5-year business plan, for a business which has been running successfully for the last 7 years. As an owner I need to understand it backwards and forwards if I'm going to have any success.
-Dave (who also isn't 'ready' for investors...despite having sold-out, multi-year events running)
