Hi everyone.

I also want to put something out there that might change some people's minds.

This year, I'll be leading the RS Traffic Team (3 staff sectors: Traffic Division, Booth/Merchandise/Info/Sales, Dj/emcee/Contesting).

I will need 5-6 dedicated, reliable, proactive individuals on my team.

I'll be frank. You likely won't get to "enjoy" the show. You will need to be ready to meet for a 1hr orientation at Blitzgear Headquarters before Aug 17th to be briefed on the details. You will need to be there before the actual meet begins and after the meet ends. Most of the cars you will see will be in pictures posted in the Post-Meet Picture & Video Thread on the VAC because you can't leave your post. Sucks, eh?

Well, that is the reality of an RS Exec at every RS meet. However, my gratification comes from making something out of nothing. Watching complete strangers come together on one day in one spot is a rush for me. It's a phenomenon I love to watch over and over. And I take pride knowing that I helped make it happen. That is the reward I get.

Oh yes and we will provide all traffic volunteers with:
a free t-shirt
free car decals ($5 value each)
snack/food (orientation)
breakfast (day of, early morning)
a work/job/volunteer reference for your resume

So again, I need a crew that isn't going to walk off on me when the going gets tough or run like fairies to the vendor suddenly giving away free swag. I aim for this summer meet to be the most organized, well run import car show and shine of 2014. Hands down.

So if this is not what you expected as a traffic volunteer/ambassador, then that's ok, you can de-list yourself and enjoy the car show with your friends or sign up for the other Sectors. But if you want to make history with me, then great. sign up below. I'm sorry for being brutally honest but I need to save both of us valuable time as the meet is coming up fast.
