Yup. I go there and so do a few guys here on RS.
We've all had nothing but great experience and service at Pacific Multisport. Some RS members who go there, I've never met so it's not like I told them "OMG FUCKING BEST SHOP In VANCOUVER!!!!" The reason why we go back is because of the great experiences and service.
The only other bad experience from an RS member was a while back where a fitting was done but not to the satisfaction of the RS member who never followed up so…yeah.
Plenty of bike shops in the GVRD so where you go is up to you. Maybe try Mighty Riders, La Bicicletta or Speed Theory next time?
aalex - Sorry to hear about your bad experience. If you truly are unhappy (which I can only assume you are) I would suggest you go back and speak to John and Ian. They're great guys and they've both taken good care of us so maybe give them a heads up again and let them make it up to you? Just a suggestion and FYI - I have no affiliation with the shop.
