After I was hit by a car last summer, I took my bike to PMS for repairs. Name dropped bcrdukes
They fixed it and only charged me for the replacement parts, gave me a free bike fitting as well.
I took my hybrid there for a tune up last week. It's still at the shop, untouched. I guess they're busy due to the summer and all the upcoming events.
