I have no idea, but mine is similar mileage on the original tranny I'd be lucky to get $4-5K for it -- better to just keep it. Where else am I gonna get a reliable 4 door sedan in decent shape for $4k?

4 banger should have no tranny issues, unless you drive it really hard. Manual + v6 should also be no problems at all. I've just started doing the manual drain + refill of the tranny fluid every couple of months, or before a big road trip. It's ~$30 each time (fluid cost) and it gives me peace of mind, not sure if it really does anything.

You could also try replacing the pressure switches, apparently the first design was flawed and there's updated switches available that increase longevity
