It depends in what kind of electives you're looking for. If you like psyc of interested in animals there's an animal behaviour 300 level psyc course that I found pretty easy/interesting. Otherwise there's always the eosc courses. There's classical studies a 300 level roman army course if you're into that, although I wouldn't consider it a gpa booster
