dab setups can get pretty costly. your looking at like $80+ for a beginner setup with the dabber + torch + glass
I suggest walking down Commercial dr from like 2nd all the way down to Venables. lots of head shops and corner stores that might give you a deal if you know what you want.
go for a domeless titanium nail and a titanium dabber for best quality. You can get a dabber for pretty cheap on Ebay but just make sure its made of high quality titanium.
And don't cheap out on the torch as well.
