Took the whole thing off and covered it in scotch tape to get everything off, and cleaned phone again. Removed sheet of tape from TGP and reapplied onto phone. I see 2-3 small pieces of dust still, but I might have to repeat the whole thing again if more get in lol.

Hold your breath while doing it, and do it in a room with as little airflow as possible. Might also want to try the shower trick - it helps reduce dust in the air.
