i pay $60 a month for 6GB, unlimited canada wide and VM pack and to switch over to a similar plan with their new "share everything plan" its a $78 diff every month, which at the end of 2 years means an extra $1700+. what a joke!

I had the same issue when I got my nexus on contract and I kept escalating it until I got to the office of the president support.
If you have time just keep trying and you may be granted an exception like I was.
