Agree'd with TOS'd. Its best to start with normal tennis balls. Yes they may have higher speed to it but with your eyes and body learning to adapt you'll pick up the game sense and footwork to play. But that being said it depends on the seriousness of the way you want to play. If you are looking for training balls, you can check Tad's on Granville, they'll have everything you need.
