^ I smoked everyday at least once a day since ~ December 2013 till August 2014. I was a strong believer that it didn't effect me negatively but the very first thing to increase after stopping was the fluidity of my speech. I don't search for words as much anymore, that's about it. As far as memory goes I can't say ... My marks were pretty solid when I was smoking everyday. When I was smoking everyday, a lot of times at work I'd feel like I was there, but I was so zoned out that I was watching myself in the third person (if that makes sense)


Quit for almost a month now (last time I smoked I posted in here) and I don't feel too different from what I already mentioned ... kinda excited to smoke again for the first time lol, it became such a habit that I stopped enjoying it and just did it without thinking
