yes that's exactly how the auto kiosks work. but good point, i'm not sure if it's the kiosk who decides if you need to pay, or the officer makes the final call. you're probably right, it's the officer. In that case, NEXUS kiosks shouldn't be any different. I just wasn't sure because with NEXUS all the rules are enforced strictly.
